This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through kaamil.com.pk.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Pakistan. During launches, sale periods, public holidays or other unusually busy periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery Within Pakistan

After dispatch, delivery within Pakistan is typically expected within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service. Available delivery options and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.

International Delivery

For destinations outside Pakistan that are available at checkout, delivery after dispatch is typically expected within approximately 7–21 business days. International delivery times can vary by destination, courier, customs processing and local conditions.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges or other destination-country fees may apply to international orders. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

All processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays can occur because of courier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, security conditions, incomplete addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide tracking information when it is available from the courier.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information supplied is incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply to resend it.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and before dispatch. The cancellation window runs from order placement until the order is dispatched or otherwise enters fulfilment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the applicable return rules will apply.
